Motor on! Shake off that May gray and cozy up to some June gloom...

Summer is here and those twisty roadways are calling.

We'll be motoring on over to our new meeting spot for the mid-county, Country Waffles in Kearny Mesa, at 9350 Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Park up in the north west side of the lot. Roll up in your Mini or MINI or Moke or Morris or ??? with special mention accorded Ford Fiestas.

Jim E has devised a spectacular run through the roads of the north county, and if you were on it, be sure to share tales of driving delight with the rest of the group.

The new service manager, William A, at Mini of San Diego has planned a service clinic with the club on the 3rd or 4th Saturday in June at Mini of San Diego. This event's start time is to be determined.

Jon P has available spaces for MINIs interested in the Encinitas101 Cruise Night on June 17th. There will be details on the Events page on FaceBook. Please contact me via this email address and I'll let Jon know you are interested in attending.

We're in the process of devising/selecting a June run, likely on the 15th or 29th, so keep your eyes glued to this space (and/or our Facebook Events page) for details. If you have a preference or ideas, bring them along!

Also, a fund raising run out to the East County Casinos, much like the North County Casino run, is in the works for July. We'll pick our charity in the next few weeks.
