Motor on! Our monthly meetup is right around the bend...

Wintery days and fun and twisty roads through the trees beckon and we having planning to do for the coming year!

We'll be motoring on over to our monthly meet up at the Mission Bay Model Boat Pond (2800 Ingraham St. San Diego, CA 92109). This will be on the first Sunday of the Month, February 1st!! As usual, get there around 8:30 and we'll set up and settle in about 9am. Park up in the lot near the trees (look for the Minis) and bring a chair, warm clothes, etc. The club will provide Coffee and Bagels, and we'd suggest you might want to bring a tasty breakfast burrito or other snack. Roll up in your Mini or MINI or Moke or Morris or ??? with special mention accorded Ford Fiestas.

Keep your eye on your inbox! If the weather doesn't hold for this venue, we'll move to The Broken Yolk in Carmel Mtn Ranch.

Springtime is just a couple of short months away, and We'd love to hear your ideas on events we can do as the year progresses. For example, Dianne's wonderful idea for a progressive Tea/Dinner! Start with coffee/tea/etc. drive a bit, have a salad, drive a bit, main course, drive a bit and end with dessert!

A fun day long run out to the Salton See is scheduled for the 8th of February! Queens English is already sending out announcements, so if you went previously you'll likely see email. We'll have details at the meetup. PLUS we'll select a date for another Charity Event. .

We're looking for a possible run out to see the flowers in Borrego in March or Early April, and we're hoping the Point Loma Cars and Coffee is back soon so we can reinstate that run.

Lots of stuff is going on and in the works, so this meeting is a not to be missed event.
